1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to submit, including names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, service interests, notes, onboarding details, and newsletter subscription information.
2. How We Use It
Kisstech uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services or trials, send onboarding communications, operate newsletters, improve site performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and maintain consent records for communications.
3. Tracking, Cookies, and Local Storage
This site uses analytics and advertising attribution technologies, including Google and Meta-related identifiers such as `_ga`, `_fbp`, `_fbc`, and campaign parameters such as `gclid`, `gbraid`, `wbraid`, and `fbclid`. We may store attribution details in browser `localStorage` so leads can be associated with the page and campaign that first brought a visitor to the site.
We use this information to understand traffic sources, measure page and campaign performance, improve the site, and support conversion reporting. If stricter consent requirements apply in a visitor's jurisdiction, additional consent tooling may be introduced.
4. Communications and Consent Records
When a form includes a consent checkbox or newsletter signup, Kisstech may retain the consent choice, form name, page URL or path, submission timestamp, and related form metadata. For service-specific SMS opt-ins, additional evidence such as the exact consent text version may be retained.
SMS-specific terms are available at SMS Terms.
5. Service Providers and Sharing
Kisstech may share submitted information with service providers that support form processing, analytics, email delivery, marketing attribution, hosted infrastructure, onboarding workflows, and customer communications, but not for unrelated resale of your information.
6. Retention
We retain lead, newsletter, and onboarding information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, operate services, maintain business records, preserve consent evidence, investigate issues, and meet legal or operational obligations.
7. Your Choices
You may choose not to submit forms, may unsubscribe from newsletters using the unsubscribe link in those emails, and may opt out of SMS by replying STOP where SMS messaging is enabled. Operational or transactional communications may still be used when necessary to complete requested service setup.
